QuotePilot — Privacy Policy

QuotePilot (“the app”) helps trade businesses create quotes and invoices, track receipts, and manage customers. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (stored securely by our backend provider, Supabase; passwords are hashed and never visible to us).
• Business information you enter: business name, trade, phone, license number, rates, and terms — used to build your quotes and invoices.
• Customer records you enter: names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses of your customers. You are responsible for having the right to store this information.
• Quotes, invoices, receipts: the job and financial records you create, including receipt photos you choose to attach.
• Voice recordings & photos for AI drafting: when you use voice-to-quote, photo-to-quote, or receipt scanning, your recording or photo is transmitted securely to an AI processing provider (Groq, OpenAI, or Anthropic) solely to generate your draft, then discarded from the request. Voice recordings are not stored by QuotePilot.

How we use information

Only to provide the app's features: creating and storing your quotes, invoices, customers, and receipts; generating AI drafts; and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. The app contains no ads.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details.

Service providers

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Groq / OpenAI / Anthropic (AI processing of content you submit for drafting), RevenueCat and Google Play (billing).

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email katreed9310@gmail.com from your account email and we will remove it within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by row-level security so only your account can access your records.

Children

QuotePilot is a business tool intended for users 18 and older.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

Terms of Service

By using QuotePilot you agree to these terms.

• QuotePilot provides drafting tools; you are responsible for reviewing every quote, invoice, and price before sending it. AI drafts may contain errors.
• You are responsible for the customer data you store and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including tax and licensing requirements.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play policy.
• The service is provided “as is” without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to access other users' data.
